THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH Naturally Yours Skin Care. OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES AND ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERING.

Naturally Yours Skin care collects personally identifying information about you when you provide it. The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as other personal information prescribed by law for the purposes of our services

Terms of Use:
 
1) Indemnifications.
1.1 Indemnifications by customer. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Naturally Yours Skin Care, it's owners and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit arising out of our Customer's use of services provided to you by Naturally Yours Skin Care. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander, infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark.

 

1.2 Indemnification by Naturally Yours Skin Care. Except as otherwise herein provided, Naturally Yours Skin Care agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs of suit (but excluding consequential damages) arising from Naturally Yours Skin Care gross negligence in the course of providing service under this agreement.

2) Shipment of Orders:
 Naturally Yours Skin Care supplies products Only under these terms and conditions:

         2.1. Customer (Shopper) accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by Naturally Your Skin Care. The Customer (Shopper) vows they will only use products under the guidance of their Esthetician.

        2.2.. The Customer (Shopper) is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.

          2.3 The Customer (Shopper) confirms they are of legal age.

        2.4. Naturally Yours Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, But will provide tracking and assistance in such cases. However the Customer (Shopper) must wait for a period of 4 weeks after the ship date indicated on the dispatch note. In the event of a claim under the registered service, the tracking process can take up to 6 weeks, whereupon a confirmed mailing loss will result in the products being shipped for a second and final time.

        2.5. If Naturally Yours Skin Care has shipped the wrong products, or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and products must be returned to Naturally Yours Skin Care for inspection by contacting Naturally Yours Skin Care before undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed, Naturally Yours Skin Care will reship the products a second and final time. Should a refund or part refund be required they are subject to the conditions in section 4.4.

       2.6. Naturally Yours Skin Care only guarantees a delivery if  Customer (Shopper) has requested and paid for a "Registered Shipping Method".

       2.7. Naturally Yours Skin Care skin Consultation tips are for customer information purposes and, all information is supplied on an educational basis and does not in anyway replace that of a physician's.

       2.8. Naturally Yours Skin Care reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.

 
3) Information Acquired:

         All information and contents thereof obtained using Naturally Yours Skin Care Services and Products and Skin Care tips and advices is the sole  responsibility of the customer. Naturally Yours Skin Care, it's owners or employees, will not be held   responsible for any damages you or another party suffer as a result of our services and products. Transmission of any material in violation of any Canada and U.S., state or local regulation is strictly prohibited.
 
 
 4) Canceling:

         4.1. If the Customer (Shopper) requests a change in an order before the products are shipped then changes can be made. If the Customer (Shopper) wishes to receive a part refund then it is subject to the conditions in section 4.2.

        4.2.. If the Customer (Shopper) wants to stop or change an order after payment has been processed but before the goods have been shipped, it is subject to a 5% charge on credit cards.
 
       4.3. If (Customer (Shopper) wish to cancel orders with Naturally Yours Skin Care before shipment of products, She/He required to give written notice by e-mail. Canceling does not relieve you of liability for any outstanding funds which covers up to 10% of cost of package, included within is the restocking fee,  processing fee, shipping and taxes. The same applies to International Orders.

       4.4. """NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED"""
The customer may ask to try the samples first before purchasing a products, so that they can see if there is any allergic reactions to their skin. Only The products that are guaranteed by their manufacturer may be returned for refund. In such cases the refund will be made minus the cost of packaging, shipping, processing and restocking fee which is %25 of the order total.

5) Interruptions; Discontinuances:


         Naturally Yours Skin Care is not, and will not be responsible for interruptions or discontinuances of service caused by factors beyond it's control, including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays,  negligence, strikes, or acts of God.

6) Amendments:


         These Terms of Service supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings,   inducements or conditions, expressed or implied, between Naturally Yours Skin Care and the customer(s). Naturally Yours Skin Care reserves the right to change it's rates and/or modify these Terms of Service without any notice.
