Instructions
Pro Tips:- Always start with a sharpened pencil.
- Pencil applied to the top lash line creates the effect of dense lashes.
- Soften the liner by placing it close to a light bulb for a short time.
- The key to creating a smoky eye is to blend well. Use a light hand as it's easy to make the eye darker, but pretty hard to make it lighter without starting over.
