Instructions
Apply to clean face and neck morning and night before moisturizer.
To refill:
From locked position, push base to remove cartridge.
Unscrew existing pump and place it directly on new refill cartridge.
Discard refill cap.
Insert cartridge with pump, clicking it into place.
